The health and safety of you and our employees is of utmost importance to Freshcotton. In view of the recent developments concerning the coronavirus, COVID-19, we continue to take measures to ensure the wellbeing of our customers and our employees. This means that we follow the guidelines set by the government and the RIVM very strictly.
FREE SHIPPING ON EVERY ORDER
The Freshcotton office is closed and all our employees are working from home. We would like to let you know that this does not mean that we take it easy. We are working even harder to be able to support you. Our customer service is still opened according to our normal opening hours, and available as normal through all the regular channels, telephone, e-mail, whatsapp and online chat.
Needless to say, you can still order from Freshcotton and our delivery drivers from DHL, PostNL and B-post will make sure your packages are delivered fast and secure, just like you’re used to from us. The delivery drivers will follow the guidelines set by the RIVM and keep a minimum distance of 1.5 meters.
There are however a few things that will change when you order from us.
- All orders are subject to free shipping within The Netherlands.
- Returns cannot be dropped off at the office, this is the case until at least the 6th of April, click here for more info.
- Please take into account that orders placed outside The Netherlands or Belgium may be subject to delays, check here if DPD still delivers to your postal code.
