The well-known Nike swoosh logo is the symbol that everyone recognises, but what you might not expect is that the logo was designed by a graphic design student. Student Carolyn Davidson was at that time looking for work where she could earn extra money. Her design for Nike became world famous. The check mark shape is fluent, radiating movement and speed.
