Brighten up your winter wardrobe with Obey

Obey has a special origin and history. The brand originates from a sticker that designer Shepard Fairey designed in 1989, while studying at the Rhode Island School of Design. However, this is not the logo we know. In 1994, Fairey had to adjust his then-known images after a lawsuit. After that he came up with the 'Obey Giant', as we know the logo today. The brand was not officially established until 2001 as an extension of Shepard's art. In line with his populist outlook, the garments became a canvas to spread his art.
A fun fact you may not know about Obey is that almost all of the profits made are used to fund Shepard Fairey's street art activities, as he cares more about art than money.
We now have another great collection from Obey ready for you. These new colourful items immediately catch your eye. Checkered and colour-blocked prints are used on cardigans, sweaters, hoodies, hats and more. Perfect to brighten yourself up a bit during these cold days. View the collection here.
